What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I recommend not removing the sign or pretending to be open for business. I was eager to dine there, especially when I saw the large banner at the entrance indicating that dining was available. However, when I arrived at 9:15 on Saturday, I found the door locked, and no one came to let me in. Since it was clear the restaurant was closed, I got back in my car and went straight to McDonald's to have my meal. View all feedback.
I wouldn't recommend eating there, whether through the drive-thru or dining in. My experience was terrible, and the staff were very rude and disrespectful.
What a disappointment! The staff was rude and unprofessional. I went through the drive-thru to place a simple order for a side of fries. That’s it—nothing complicated! She told me I had to go back around and use the intercom to order, even though I was the only car there! It was incredibly frustrating, and there was no one else in line. I wasn’t blocking anyone; the drive-thru was completely empty. I will never spend another dime at this restaurant.
The line wrapped around the building, but it moved fairly quickly. The staff were friendly, and my order was accurate.
Delicious food and convenient access to the interstate.
Do I even need to say anything? It's wonderful as always!
