What De Speech doesn't like about The Fat Pelican:
First time going because I was on the hunt for shrimp and grits. Google shrimp grits and this restaurant pulled up. Decided to take the drive since Cottons shrimp grit is much higher if it?s not lunch time. ???? The staff was extremely nice, I wasreally impressed, but the shrimp and grit was not good at all. I wish we knew about this place sooner. It was delicious, service was great, atmosphere was very nice. 10/10 Kid-friendliness: It was kid friendly, my 9 year old said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. My 7 year old had the cheese bites appetizer for his meal and he loved it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

*UPDATE: One of my new favorites is the black and bleu burger with redfish instead of beef. We always get takeout from here for work. They've never messed up the orders and it's always fast and friendly. Their salmon with roasted veggies and polenta is soo good.
