When I got to the restaurant, I asked the man at the counter if he could add some oregano to my order, since there wasn’t an option for it online and it's supposed to be complimentary. Unfortunately, he refused to help me. However, another staff member was kind enough to provide me with a small cup of oregano. To make matters worse, the person who made my sandwich added so much mayonnaise that it was inedible. Overall, I found the experience disappointing, and the attitude of the staff member was quite rude.

I received these coupons in the mail while I was in Monroe, but local businesses are refusing to accept them. This feels misleading; why distribute coupons if they won’t be accepted? I frequently receive coupons via email as well. I've spoken with many other frustrated customers in Monroe, NC, and there's widespread dissatisfaction regarding this issue. Please stop sending me coupons if you won’t honor them. I had a buy one, get one free footlong coupon that went unused, leading to a bill of nearly $15 instead of the anticipated $7.
