I placed a mobile order, and they nearly got everything right. Almost.
My sister ordered some drinks through the drive-thru, including unsweetened tea. She paid for them and then left.
The wait for a response at the drive-thru is incredibly long, even when there’s no one in line. The staff can be quite rude when you ask if anyone is there.
