So we both ordered a two piece B... read more My wife and I went through the drive through and she wanted a large chicken nugget combo, and the lady said we are out of that. So we both ordered a two piece Brest dinner, with both pieces being ?Brest no wings? original with two sides each one being mashpotatoes no gravy on neither one and the other Mac-cheese, on both. At the speaker on drive through at 9 pm finally got ourorder taken at 9:15 finally got to the window to pay, I asked her how is KFC out of chicken nuggets, she said we are gettingready to close, so meant they wasn?t going to cook anymore Saturday night! We get home ready to eat our food and opened theboxes and one box had two breast one with no skin and bone dry meat, and only one Mac cheese no mashed potatoes. The other boxhad a Breast and a WING and two Mac cheese. For what it cost for our for we should have gotten food that was fit and good toeat. All the chicken was dry don?t know when it was cooked, but that was the worst food, now I see why there health grade waslike 94.7 sad to KFC going down hill like it is, they have shut one down in Monroe already because sales dropped, I guess theone at the mall is next! We want be back!!!! That?s for sure.and after the Facebook post I know a lot more want be back, itseems there is a lot of people who don?t like KFC in Monroe now?.

The lady at the register is always so friendly and gets through the line quickly, mind you, most of the Sunday crowd is hard of hearing butshe handles it with grace. My son just started eating meat, thank God, and he loves chicken now.

I paid an extra 30 cents for each drink to get... read more I went to pick up my online order and saw a lot of teenagers hanging out in the lobby along with some employees. I paid an extra 30 cents for each drink to get lemonade, which I really like. However, when I first received my order, the girl gave me tea by mistake. When the manager pointed out that it should have been lemonade, she didn’t throw the tea away but poured it back into the container. When I got home, I found that one drink was watered-down lemonade and the other was just ice water. I also noticed that the usual manager wasn’t there that day. My order number was 7540208, under Sue Fowler, for pickup at 4:15 p.m. on 10/17/22.

This location has serious problems and should be reconsidered for continued operation.
