I ordered the Loaded Omelet on Frisco bread, but what I received was nothing like what was advertised, and others around me shared the same sentiment. The quality of the food was subpar, and I was quite let down. I plan to reach out to corporate regarding my experience. On top of that, I didn’t even receive my Hash Rounds. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Without a receipt, there's no evidence in case of mistakes or overcharges. Customers shouldn't have to ask for a receipt; it should be provided automatically. Not doing so seems dishonest and demonstrates a lack of responsibility.
