Firehouse Subs Maison Market - Monroe

They have a really good smokehouse brisket sub here. It was fresh and full of flavor. It is not the cheapest place to eat, but I can say that you get your money's worth with quality food. The service was also very fast even with the 12:30 afternoon lunch rush. This was my first time eating here, and it left me with a great impression. Will definitely be back.

I was there on Oct 24th and I don't know if the manager is also the owner, but if he isnt he needs a franchise! In fact the whole team was so awesome! Everyone was so friendly and the sandwich was amazing! I haven't had a food service combo like that since I can remember.

It gets a little loud sometimes when they're hollering, but if you go enough times, you don't mind. The team is nice, the food is consistently good, and the restaurant is clean.
