I visited the restaurant on Tuesday, January 5, and I ordered a latte with cream. However, the person taking my order refused to make it. When I asked if I could pay extra for it, they said no, and that they didn’t offer that option. I drink Dunkin’ every day and have never had an issue at other locations. It would be great if you could train your staff to improve their customer service.
Quick and easy ordering. They practice good social distancing, with all employees wearing masks and all customers. The employee taking my order was friendly and cordial, which is always appreciated. The food is what you would expect from a Dunkin. Overall a great experience. Would come back there again.
I usually visit this Dunkin' every morning, and I really appreciate their fast service. However, there’s a consistent issue I encounter when ordering iced coffee—regardless of the type. I always ask for less ice, but they leave the top part of the cup empty. Seriously, I paid for a medium-sized coffee! When I brought this up to the lady at the drive-thru, she said, "You asked for less ice." Yes, less ice should mean fewer ice cubes, not less coffee! It feels like I'm paying for a medium drink but only getting a small.
There’s been numerous issues in the morning with mistakes on our order. Coffee was not made correctly . My wife has had the same issues over 3 times . Donut was also placed upside down in bag with no plastic wrap. Big no no! There needs to be more training with the morning shift and new employees.
The staff are great. In general I love this store. However recently they have no diet coke. Firstly, who runs out of a national brand like that? Secondly as I use an app to order, they cannot refund me the price of the missing coke. You have to call up the national dunking number and wade through a series of prompts, before getting very nice Indian I think representatives who have the worse phone lines ever. You then have to argue to only get a refund of the single coke and not the whole orde
