However, there’s a consistent issue I encounter when ordering iced coffee—regardless of the type. I always ask for less ice, but they leave the top part of the cup empty. Seriously, I paid for a medium-sized coffee! When I brought this up to the lady at the drive-thru, she said, "You asked for less ice." Yes, less ice should mean fewer ice cubes, not less coffee! It feels like I'm paying for a medium drink but only getting a small.

Only reason I walked in was to use my coupons, guess I'll go to any of the other locations that have no problem with this.
