This location is by my house, so I always go there but from now on I rather drive an extra mile than go back , the worst service ever , plus they always make mistakes in the orders , I ordered a strawberry colatta with whipped cream more ice than syrup and she put whipped cream with flat lid i had to go inside to correct it , when I asked her she took the lid and replaced it whit doom lid and give it to me when I told her to fix the whipped she rolled her eyes at me , plus I realized they give me a small cup but charged me for a medium, the donut is a different story the same worker made mistake three times to give me the right one and it was very hard my daughter couldn't eat it , they hire people with no experience and leave them alone with no supervision, never go back there
My experience at Dunkin' this morning was really disappointing. I ordered my usual medium hot coffee with no sugar, but they served me a small and charged me for a medium. When I asked for a small coffee with sugar instead, they simply didn’t fulfill my request. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
I visit this Dunkin' several weekday mornings on a typical week, and the staff are consistently friendly, polite, and quick. Whenever there’s a rare mix-up with my order, it’s promptly resolved! You all play a crucial role in kickstarting my day, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. Keep up the fantastic work, and happy holidays!
I'm a frequent customer at Dunkin and I have never experienced worst customer service. Every single time I come through this drive thru, they are extremely nasty. My boyfriend and I even made it into a game, we act as kind as would be perceived as normal, and get a KICK over how nasty their responses are. Customer service should be number one, yet we've been sighed at, employees say NOTHING when we approach the window, they nastily rush you when ordering and sigh when you order food on top of a drink. They act like you just ruined their life by being a customer. I ignore this Dunkin as much as possible but it's the one right by my house. Time to switch to Starbucks. Employees are all just miserable. Says a lot about the management! Do better!
