Hey i made a mobile order this morning at 8:29. i came to pick it up realizing the drive thru was to long for me to get to work in time. so i decide to go inside and pick it up. i am now the third person in line at 8:40. While waiting my turn and the lady in the front is ordering her pumpkin spice goodies, i see a worker behind the counter grab a medium drink off their to go station and start drinking it, i try not to think too much about it. i wait for my turn, thankfully the lady in front of me was getting gift cards so she let me go ahead of her. i tell the lady behind the counter my name and that i have a mobile order and she said she will be right back with it. once she walks out of eye site i hear a girl go she made that order forever ago . another lady appears at the counter this time asking for my receipt i tell her it 's on my phone and go out to my car to get it. i then come inside, in a bigger time crunch that i would have been taking the drive thru, stating that if the coffee isnt made i dont have time to wait. the lady offered me a refund after looking stunned i told her i did not have time and i paid with this with my reward points. im not mad at the way the handle the transaction. offering a refund was the only option since i wasnt waiting for a remake. but i am mad i waited in line for a free coffee i was carving and i have earned after all the times i come here and watched a worker drink it because it took me 10 minutes to get there. I will never be back to this location. I really loved y 'all too :

This location is by my house, so I always go there but from now on I rather drive an extra mile than go back , the worst service ever , plus they always make mistakes in the orders , I ordered a strawberry colatta with whipped cream more ice than syrup and she put whipped cream with flat lid i had to go inside to correct it , when I asked her she took the lid and replaced it whit doom lid and give it to me when I told her to fix the whipped she rolled her eyes at me , plus I realized they give me a small cup but charged me for a medium, the donut is a different story the same worker made mistake three times to give me the right one and it was very hard my daughter couldn't eat it , they hire people with no experience and leave them alone with no supervision, never go back there
My experience at Dunkin' this morning was really disappointing. I ordered my usual medium hot coffee with no sugar, but they served me a small and charged me for a medium. When I asked for a small coffee with sugar instead, they simply didn’t fulfill my request. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
