I've interacted primarily with the gentleman who works there during my many visits over the years, so I'm not familiar with the women's comments mentioned by others. The food is of exceptional quality and the place has a lot of charm.

The woman working there constantly sprays customers with her attitude, raises her voice, and lets out deep sighs as she complains about the inconvenience of your order. She got my order completely wrong, even though I repeated it twice, and claimed the call was picked up incorrectly. However, I'm skeptical about that being the case. The customer service was terrible, and the facility itself felt dingy. I wouldn’t have given any stars if the system allowed me to.

The staff here were incredibly rude and unfriendly. I would rather go hungry than return to this place.
