Waited 25 more min. while customer after customer were ripping the poor kids apart that were working. Clearly the shift leader (very young kid) was doing the best he could but was Clearly not trained to give direction. He ditched the front to make nuggets in the back. While the others took the blunt of being yelled . I've been a restaurant manager for 17 years . I truly felt sorry for these kids and why the managers of the restaurant actually left them in this situation.

Food... read more I was here on Black Friday. The young lady that helped me was Gabrielle (I believe) She was so positive and had such a warm demeanor on a really busy day. Food was great as usual, but I wanted to commend her on her beyond pleasant and sweet attitude.

They are the quickest, friendliest, and most dependable fast-food restaurant we visit. We usually order through the app for extra convenience, and we’ve never been let down by the food or service. I’m really thankful to have such a fantastic kid-friendly restaurant with healthy choices close by. It's the only place I eat at Monroe Mall, except for Red Bowl.

The woman at the counter suggested a few sauces, and I chose honey mustard. Normally, I'm not a big fan of chicken, but I have to say my lunch was fantastic. The sweet tea was just the right level of sweetness, which I really appreciated. I have no complaints whatsoever—I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5!
