All employees knew me and another customer were there..i finally ask are y'all open..she didn't know what to say at first but then said no and walked off. So it takes 8 employees to work the drive thru? Just to find out it was open.. Never again at that Bojangels

I ordered a curbside pick up and it was suppose to take 4 minutes. I checked in when I got there. After 30 mins I try to go inside and they have all the doors l... read more I ordered a curbside pick up and it was suppose to take 4 minutes. I checked in when I got there. After 30 mins I try to go inside and they have all the doors locked. Finally someone wiping tables opened the door. They tell me they are only letting in DoorDash. I explained I had a curbside order. They didn’t even have the food fixed or ready. The drive Through is so slow so I thought this was a better alternative, however it wasn’t. Also to add my order was only two bacon egg and cheese biscuits.

I drove to window as did the car in front of me thinking speaker was broken. Was told they didn 't take orders that way and I had to driveback around, with 10 more cars in line by then I told the cashier I would not! After words back and forth they took my order. My receipt is stamped 5:27, all they needed to do was say mamm, we are short staffed, we will be with you in a few minutes , Iwill stick with Hardee 's down the road, they open at 5am on the dot.

When I got up to to drive thru speaker,after the car in front of me drove off, I sat there a few minutes and then asked was anyone there. Finally they came on and took my order.Pulled up to thewindow and the manager was the one running the drive thru window. He didnt apologize for the long wait or anything. I finallygot my food and the chicken Supreme was raw. I will never go back to this one
