When I reached the window, I realized I had forgotten my ATM card at home. It was too far to go back, so I apologized and explained that I had never found myself in this situation before. Josiah, the employee at the window, asked me to hold on for a moment. I was worried he might be upset, but instead, he came back and offered to help me out. I thanked him and promised to return another day to pay. What an exceptional employee!

We went through the drive-thru, and the order we were handed wasn't ours. After returning it and confirming our order total with the employee, we eventually received what seemed to be the correct items. However, when we got home and started to eat, we discovered that both servings of crinkle fries were only half full, with curly fries mixed in at the bottom—something we definitely don’t like. The crinkle fries were only piled on top of each box. This wasn’t just a minor mistake, so we won’t be coming back.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for fast food.
