It was truly a pleasure to stop by for lunch today. The food quality, speed and service exceeded my expectations and I look forward to a returning for some more roast beef sandwiches and jalapeño bites.

Twice now tried them thru Doodash. Both times multiple items missing. Called the Resturant. Some 15 yo tried to convince me she was a manager, no Love I know your Momma. Sent her the recording. Finally got what sounded like a grown up who promised to makeit right. Two hours later called back, he says you never came back! Dude it was doodash. If I coulda come back I woulda beenthere the first time! Contacted a lil friend who works there. They are encouraged by grown man to skimp on incidentals. What they gonna do? Complain?

Not sure who the older man was working the intercom tonight (Wednesday 9/14 around 9:40pm) but I didn?t order attitude? first, when I was trying to order through the drive thru, he kept cutting me off and trying to rush me through my order. I get to thewindow and had a coupon through the app that I was planning to use. I showed him the coupon but he said he couldn?t read itbecause he doesn?t have his glasses. I turned it towards myself to read it to him and he was getting ready to yell as I read it.Since I was flustered after being rushed, I clicked the wrong one so he yelled ?you didn?t get that?. It?s what I ordered at theintercom but not what I got. I also ordered a shake but he didn?t put it in. I usually try a place again after a bad experiencebecause I understand that people sometimes have bad days, but this is around the fifth time I?ve had issues. The younger guytaking payments and handing out food was incredibly nice and handled the situation very well. Give him a raise.

I ordered a French Dip for my wife.A came home with th sandwich but NOTHING TO DIP IT IN. Then I tried calling 5 TIMES to get some satisfaction NOBODY COULD TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Arby's HOME OFFICE is my next stop. It's a small thing asthe sandwich goes, BUT NOBODY LIKES TO BE TREATED LIKE S**T! Especially when there are other places a stone's throw away that ICOULD HAVE GONE TO INSTEAD!! Now I wish I would have. In the future I WILL. Maybe the folks who read about this on Facebook willtoo!
