Despite passing by many other Bojangles on our way, Monroe is our favorite for a good reason! The amazing team here should take pride in their work, as it truly stands out. They quickly corrected my order and ensured that everything was just right.

The customer se... read more I do not recommend this restaurant. They often take your money without providing your food and frequently forget to include items in your order. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. Although corporate customer service acknowledged the problem and apologized for the staff's behavior, they only issued a full refund and promised to resolve the issues. We enjoy Popeyes, but I advise avoiding this location altogether.

However, I felt uncomfortable seeing a young man at the food station repeatedly scratching his hair. It was somewhat unpleasant to witness. Shouldn't staff be required to wear hairnets? Fortunately, I had already gotten my meal before noticing this. This situation definitely raises some questions about adherence to health and safety standards.

When I saw the long line at the drive-thru, I got concerned, but they handled it efficiently. I didn’t have to wait too long, and the cashier was incredibly friendly. This place definitely deserves 5 stars! I WILL be back for one of the best breakfast biscuits anywhere.
