It's my second time in this place and it was as good as the first time. My favorite dish was today the pork chop on the feature menu. The sauce is so delicious. The only one I think can be better was the burger... it was a bit dry. The staff was also super friendly. I'll be back. View all feedback.

My wife and I went for an early dinner day date. I HD the grilled beef short ribs, bok Choy and rice. If I were a Top Chef judge I’d be very disappointed. The rice was bland and just rice. Short ribs were about 1cm thin and no seasoning. They put a store bought “spicy sauce” on it. Bok choy was sautéed and again no seasoning. Wife had maple trout, cauliflower and asparagus. It was ok. !!! Stunning little pub and restaurant an hour outside the city. Had a lovely lamb bolognese, and a brie in filo appetizer. Lovely.

After a nice hike I gave this place a try. Chose a table in the cellar which has a rustic setup. From time to time, when there is traffic upstairs you feel like the ceiling is about to fall on your head, but that's fine. What is not fine at all is the server, more exactly a middle aged man that served on August 19 around noon. He made absolutely rude remarks, never encountered such blatant rudeness in Canada. Shocking. I do not recommend this place.

We visited Mono Cliffs with friends for a birthday celebration. The charm of having the wine cellar as our dinner destination certainly heightened the atmosphere for the celebration. They have a wonderfully stocked wine cellar with choices for all tastes. The meals were outstanding, well presented and nicely portioned for any appetite. We will be back!

Classic country fare. Older building turned into open concept restaurant. Food was delicious, we ordered salmon, soup, pork, chicken, all cooked up like a fancy place does. Prices are average for such a spot ie: $12 and up. Only complaint would be the open concept makes for a noisy atmosphere. Also as I passed the men's washroom to go to the women's, their door is open and one can see them standing at the urinal. Maybe he was just friendly hahaIt was a rainy day so there was parking available otherwise you have to park on the roadside. Nice place to go for drive and have a meal.
