Description

Tucked in Monee, this cozy, wine-forward spot earns praise for standout dishes—think Chicken Marsala, brie bruschetta and hearty seafood—and memorable cocktails. Warm, inviting atmosphere and generous to-go portions contrast with inconsistent service, long waits for large parties, occasional order mistakes and higher-than-expected prices (plus a card-use surcharge). The small, somewhat cramped space and accessibility limitations temper its charm, but many consider it a hidden gem worth the drive for a special night out.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the overall experience was top-notch. We each spent over $100, but it was worth it. I highly recommend trying the Wine Flight, Seafood Platter, and Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta. Both the food and service deserve a perfect score of 5!

This restaurant is fairly decent, but it's a bit small, which makes it feel somewhat cramped. It took a while for the bartender to take our order, and the wait was even longer when a regular came in and engaged in a lengthy chat. The food was acceptable, and the drinks were alright, but the prices were on the high side. They also charge an additional fee for using a debit or credit card. Overall, I don't think I would choose to return here regularly.

Nice place and different than anything else in south suburbs. Large wine selection and craft beers. Nice bar with craft drinks on recommendation. Food is ever growing on the menu. Cheese and meat charcuterie board is what we had with some flatbread appetizers. Brie and apple bruschetta to finish off a lunch for four. The place is small but seating is cramped. A place to go for lunch and dinner.
