What User doesn't like about Second Cup Cafe:
Drove ten min away to find a note on the drive-thru saying “we are closing at 5”….I don’t know many franchises that make their own hours up so randomly… Drove back another ten…ordered a pistachio latte last week, and when I got home it was a vanilla latte..three occasions the debit machine was down only to find out once I was in the drive through…the first time another car pulled behind me, and I had to wait two car... There is something unique and enchanting about this place. I am certain of it. The staff here have the ability to brighten even the darkest days and turn a negative experience into a positive one.
