While the staff may not go out of thei... read more The parking space is not very pleasant. However, the quality of service has improved significantly since the last review. While the staff may not go out of their way to serve, they are polite and prompt. It is disappointing that the restaurant closes at 7PM, especially considering that business is slower at night.

The debit/credit machine was down but there was no indication of this before entering the drive thru line, so I waited 10 minutes before I seen the small sign o... read more The debit/credit machine was down but there was no indication of this before entering the drive thru line, so I waited 10 minutes before I seen the small sign on the menu, and then waited another 15 minutes to get out of the line because I did not have cash on me, literally wasted 25 minutes for absolutely nothing. It’s not the servers fault and yet there was no response or compassion of any sort when I recommended putting a sign up before entering the actual drive thru line… why did it even take 25 minutes of waiting for anyone to get there order? will not return to second cup ever…

The staff here have the ability to brighten even the darkest days and turn a negative experience into a positive one. They are cheerful and offer well-informed suggestions for someone who may not be familiar with the world of coffee. I returned to further investigate my theory, and here are my findings. The restaurant has an exceptional manager who inspires and supports the team in ways they never thought possible. Thank you, Vanessa. On two occasions, they have brought light to gloomy situations with their positivity, a trait that others could learn from. I am convinced that this place, upon closer inspection, offers more than just great coffee.
