Todo genial ,el apartamento está equipado al completo sin faltarle de nada.Esta a lado de la plaza Andalucía , Tiene unas vistas maravillosas, estamos encantadas sin duda volveremos , Rafael nos atendió desde el primer día y fue muy amable y servicial recomendable 100%.

Es un hotel normal para dormir allí y poco más. La habitación tiene una decoración bastante humilde. Las almohadas eran demasiado finas y ni doblándolas dormías agusto. El baño muy normal con duchas sin mampara ni cortina, destacar eso en una habitación compartida de 8 personas ya que no te puedes duchar con intimidad. El desayuno muy normal, es buffet y tiene diferentes opciones pero tampoco es que sea un producto a resaltar.

Localización perfecta. Si eres celiaco adaptan el menú y tienen alternativas. Jaime de recepción un tuvimos un olvido y se volcó en recuperarlo. Gracias Habitaciones muy bien climatizadas. No entiendo las reseñas negativas, serán clientes con expectativas muy altas, no procede.

Hotel veteran very well located near the Plaza de Andalucía in pradollano. the rooms are spacious, but the facilities and the furniture are worn out. However, the price is competitive and has a magnificent location

We have been here several times already before and post pandemic. Considering that we arrive to the snow season and ski meets our expectations. rooms quite well, conditioned to leave snow equipment, with good temperature. the food quite well too, better pre pandemic but is usually quite assorted and of good drip. cleaning of rooms that are not done in depth and some other damage that could be improved a little because the years and use are noticed. but price of quality very well so you see in the area.
