The service is consistently friendly and creates a positive atmosphere. However, I do recommend double-checking orders, as there are occasionally small oversights. The food is always delicious, and the fish sandwich is among the best you'll find.

We had a large group dining tonight, and our waitress really went above and beyond to keep up with us as well as the rest of the busy restaurant. She maintained a cheerful attitude throughout, even with the challenges of handling a big party.

My friend and I decided to dine at this restaurant, and I unfortunately had a very negative experience. The waitress, Brittany S., was quite rude when I ordered the cheese tortellini, which I found to be too spicy for my taste. She informed me that I would be charged for another meal since it had already been prepared, insisting that I would have to pay for both meals. Despite my protests, she continued to argue with me, claiming that her boss backed her up. I firmly told her that I wouldn't pay for a meal that I couldn't eat. This experience has left a sour taste, and I have decided that I will not be returning. They really need to hire more courteous staff, and it seems like a change in ownership might be needed as well. Neither my friend nor I left a tip.

Awesome food. On our way from Erie to The pavillion at starlake for a concert. This will definitely become a regular stop. My reuben sandwich was spectacular and my husband had the bacon blue cheese burger. They even blackened it for him. He was veryhappy.

Took my mom to have the fish sandwich. It was a generous portion and pretty tasty. The staff is always friendly and it's a great place to watch a game or two.
