I was the second person to try the delivery option at this restaurant, and let me tell you—PANERA NAILED IT! I really hope they keep this service around. I was getting tired of the usual pizza or Chinese food for lunch at work and was craving healthier options. Overpriced is one word to describe Panera. But you already knew that. Their sandwiches are pretty good. I’d say the employees are pretty nice because back when the sip club was free the manager would always mess up my drink somehow and one day he decided to give me a free pastry to make amends. Besides that, I recently ordered a salad and it was pretty good but I had to eat it with my bare hands because there was only a spoon and knife in the bag no fork. I get you’re trying to save the environment to the point of guilt tripping me whenever I add utensils in the app but what kind of sick joke is that? Personal recommendation: get a simple whole steak and white cheddar and ask for it to be served cold and non toasted. Ten years ago they served it to me cold by accident but turns out it tasted utterly amazing. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
