The food is great, definitely feel like I'm getting quality when I stop to eat here. It's a little on the spendy side, but for a place I can go to every once in awhile, it's nice. I just wish Panera would pay their employees more so that the tipping could be eliminated.

Unfortunately, I received a small, mostly bread, tomato and lettuce sandwich very little chicken salad) and the apple salad was mostly piled high red onions and very little of anything else. With my drink, the order came to just under $18 dollars. I did mention something to the staff about the sandwich severely lacking chicken salad but all he said was that 's how they come now This Panera has gone down hill. It used to be a reasonably priced lunch or dinner spot with good food, but not so anymore:

My bagel came un... read more As a person who doesn't frequent this place it is impossible to order. My daughter got a soup and sandwich combo but I got a bagel to eat here. My bagel came unsliced, untoasted with no silverware for the cream cheese. I don't know how I'm supposed to eat this here... So I sat while my kid ate their food and I guess I will just eat at home since I don't want to stand in line for 20 minutes again for them to fix my order.
