My wife LOVES any kind of pasta, but due to her special needs she isn't comfortable dining out anymore. If an appointment at the hospital nearby runs into mealtime, Fazoli's is her favorite stop! The food is Americanized Italian style. Spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli, etc. The portions are large, usually about 1000 calories per meal. The pasta seems to be a pretty standard Durham, and Fazoli's uses several different types (size/shape) appropriate for each dish. The sauces are stock red and whites, good but not exciting. The meats tend to be heavy, but not bad. Fazoli's is well located, quick, convenient, and they offer food my wife loves. What more do I need?
