As a first-time customer, I had a fantastic experience! We didn't have to wait long for our food, and they even apologized for the brief delay by offering us dessert and breadsticks. This is the best customer service I've encountered in a long time! Thank you! View all feedback.
What Dave C doesn't like about Fazoli's:
The restaurant offers most entrees in two sizes: small and large. If you don't notice the size option, you'll automatically receive a large entrée. It would be more customer-friendly if they presented the choice more clearly. View all feedback.

We went inside to place a takeout order and decided to wait there since it was too hot outside. Our food was ready about 20 minutes later, but it was served as dine-in. When we explained to the staff member that it was supposed to be for carryout, he had an unpleasant attitude. When we got home, we found that our food had been hastily shoved into carryout containers. It's not my fault he didn't pay attention when we requested carryout.
We dined here a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Although I can't recall the manager's name, she was very knowledgeable, and her staff was polite and attentive. I appreciated how quickly they cleaned the tables as soon as customers left. It’s refreshing to visit a well-managed establishment. Overall, it was a great outing with my family.
It’s the fast food for pasta. Love it. The service was great food came out fast. Place was clean. It good and works for a quick bite won’t be top tier Italian but will do the trick.
It was a solid 3 1/2 as recently as a couple months ago. The service and employees are really good ,however the prices are beyond fast food now and quality hasn't kept pace with the increased cost. This is more a reflection of poor regional managment rather than local franchise blame .Also be forewarned this is no longer a Coke establishment. It's now a Pepsi place and study after study has established that Pepsi restaurants consistently score lower in food quality and facility cleanliness. In fact Pepsi places are two and a half times as likely to file for bankruptcy..
