Description

Fazoli's strikes a delightful balance between speed and flavor in the casual dining landscape. While the menu offerings come in small and large sizes—something that could use clearer presentation—the food consistently impresses, particularly the rich Alfredo and famous breadsticks. Customers rave about the quality and temperature of their meals, often enjoying them warm even after a lengthy drive home. Service is generally commendable, with standout employees noted for their exceptional care. Despite occasional delays and oversight of specific requests, the affordability and value, especially for families, keep patrons coming back for more.

Fazoli's offers good Italian style fast food, via a drive up window. My wife LOVES any kind of pasta, but due to her special needs she isn't comfortable dining out anymore. If an appointment at the hospital nearby runs into mealtime, Fazoli's is her favorite stop! The food is Americanized Italian style. Spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli, etc. The portions are large, usually about 1000 calories per meal. The pasta seems to be a pretty standard Durham, and Fazoli's uses several different types (size/shape) appropriate for each dish. The sauces are stock red and whites, good but not exciting. The meats tend to be heavy, but not bad. Fazoli's is well located, quick, convenient, and they offer food my wife loves. What more do I need?

It was a solid 3 1/2 as recently as a couple months ago. The service and employees are really good ,however the prices are beyond fast food now and quality hasn't kept pace with the increased cost. This is more a reflection of poor regional managment rather than local franchise blame .Also be forewarned this is no longer a Coke establishment. It's now a Pepsi place and study after study has established that Pepsi restaurants consistently score lower in food quality and facility cleanliness. In fact Pepsi places are two and a half times as likely to file for bankruptcy..
