Went there last night for my daughter's 4th birthday and left very disappointed and quite disgusted. The food was great and the waiter who took our order was lovely. However, the young girl who seated us and served us had a terrible attitude. She didn't even try to hide it. There were a few staff there that were lovely but this particular girl and a few others just should not be in the service industry. We asked her for the wifi code and she shouted it from across the restaurant. However, it was quite loud in there and we couldn't hear her. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something to the other disgruntled waitress that was stood beside her. The staff behind the bar were nice enough to sort out my daughter's birthday cake and put the birthday song on for her. This girl came over with the cake while we were singing and more or less plonked the cake on the table and walked off. I can't understand how she still works there! As we left a few of the staff started to talk about us (my husband had complained to another member of staff about her) and I clearly heard them! We speak Spanish so there were no misunderstandings or anything. My daughter (thankfully) was completely oblivious to it and still enjoyed herself, but I am absolutely disgusted and will never return.

We had not read the reviews prior to our lunchtime “ experience “.We have visited this restaurant many times over the past few years, always enjoying the food a... read more We had not read the reviews prior to our lunchtime “ experience “.We have visited this restaurant many times over the past few years, always enjoying the food and the service.Today, we were astonished at how a restaurant can fall from grace.The food was good.The service was unreal and quite abysmal.Not one member of staff was remotely interested.The waiters stood around speaking with each other and in the decade of the barman looking at his pho constantly.We had too ask for menus repeatedly and the bill the same.The reviews on this site are quite correct.Why do the Owners not see this problem???There are enough Italian restaurants in the are to avoid this place.What a shame!

And i think it was a good... read more I wanted to visit this restaurant so I made reservation. Unfortunately, due to change of plans I had to cancel reservation for today. And i think it was a good decicion. The response I got was no english and they hung up on me. Incredibly rude and I think I dodged a bullet with this one. It only confirmed what I read in reviews. Only thing i cannot review is the food. Just wanted to let you know what treatment you might get.

When we questioned why... read more Lovely location and food nice. Issue with the unbelievably arrogant waiter, totally disengaged and almost horrified to have to be there. When we questioned why my main course arrived 40 minutes before my husband’s and daughter’s he just blamed the kitchen and walked off. I felt like I was dealing with my now lovely grown up son when he was 13. To be fair he has since come back to try to apologise which was very uncomfortable for him. Maybe the issue is training.
