Went there last night for my daughter's 4th birthday and left very disappointed and quite disgusted. The food was great and the waiter who took our order was lovely. However, the young girl who seated us and served us had a terrible attitude. She didn't even try to hide it. There were a few staff there that were lovely but this particular girl and a few others just should not be in the service industry. We asked her for the wifi code and she shouted it from across the restaurant. However, it was quite loud in there and we couldn't hear her. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something to the other disgruntled waitress that was stood beside her. The staff behind the bar were nice enough to sort out my daughter's birthday cake and put the birthday song on for her. This girl came over with the cake while we were singing and more or less plonked the cake on the table and walked off. I can't understand how she still works there! As we left a few of the staff started to talk about us (my husband had complained to another member of staff about her) and I clearly heard them! We speak Spanish so there were no misunderstandings or anything. My daughter (thankfully) was completely oblivious to it and still enjoyed herself, but I am absolutely disgusted and will never return.

And i think it was a good decicion. The response I got was no english and they hung up on me. Incredibly rude and I think I dodged a bullet with this one. It only confirmed what I read in reviews. Only thing i cannot review is the food. Just wanted to let you know what treatment you might get.

When we questioned why... read more Lovely location and food nice. Issue with the unbelievably arrogant waiter, totally disengaged and almost horrified to have to be there. When we questioned why my main course arrived 40 minutes before my husband’s and daughter’s he just blamed the kitchen and walked off. I felt like I was dealing with my now lovely grown up son when he was 13. To be fair he has since come back to try to apologise which was very uncomfortable for him. Maybe the issue is training.

One main course came out about 45 minutes earlier than the other 5. The Children’s menu portion sizes wouldn’t touch the sides of one of the ‘Borrowers’. When asking one of the so called waiters for a slice of Lemon, or some Mayonnaise or aioli to accompany a rice dish, he literally replied that he didn’t know what we were talking about and walked off. Well, Imperial. If you are going to serve your customers rice and pasta dishes fresh out of the microwave, Vesta box style, mayonnaise or Lemon is a way to make the blandest of foods taste marginally better, you should buy shares in companies who supply such condiments. Avoid. This business is totally ripping off clients for the good of the owners bank balance (doesn’t employ adequately trained staff or serve quality food). Typical ‘tourist’ Resturant. Survives off people going once, never going back, as it doesn’t matter because fresh victims will be on holiday the week after and get sucked in.
