The theater that was revealed before us in preparation of each course was really a great fun. a large part of the equipment used for smoking, grilling or flame... read more The theater that was revealed before us in preparation of each course was really a great fun. a large part of the equipment used for smoking, grilling or flame seemed to be made home and especially for any cursor. in agreement with nouvelle cuisine, everyone was in a tedious mood, but they were all with high-quality ingredients and the sauces were divine. finished with a baked alaska that was torn in situ. thanks to many for the hard work and detail que tal. this meal is long remembered, at least until next March, when I get back for more!
