We had an iffy cheese burger whch was on... read more Not having read any reveiws we sat down and ordered. What a mistake!! Kitchen is definately stretching the imagination. We had an iffy cheese burger whch was on special!!! and an egg mayo sandwich. The server didn't even know the burger was on special and checked the board 3 times then brought no condiments dumped basic cheese burger with a pile of lettuce and sliver if tomato on the side and chips on the table. Egg mayo sandwich was white bread with blackish egg and slittery mayoish stuff running off the bread inside, no side salad or dressings. Special then changed to fish chips and mushy peas at €8.95 10 mins later chef? came out and altered price to €10.95. Food was disgusting avoid at all cost. They do not deserve any customers we were then ignored and had to try several times to get the bill. Maybe having customers in is too much trouble for them!!

As you all know, this is a big decision... read more We ate in here a few times during our Christmas holiday (2022) in Puerto Rico and decided to book Christmas Dinner here. As you all know, this is a big decision and you just hope that everything will go fine. We were not disappointed and cannot praise all of the staff highly enough. They had several sittings during Christmas Day and ours was bang on 4 pm despite the place being so popular and busy. Turkey, roast potatoes and all the trimmings, washed down with beer and wine sitting in the beautiful sunshine. Thank you for the lovely Christmas memories, Murphy's Kitchen, and hopefully see you at Christmas 2023.
