The sandwich I had was excellent—so fresh and flavorful. The staff were wonderful, and the cat, Punkin, is absolutely adorable. The atmosphere is charming, almost like a small rustic oasis in the heart of Modesto. I ordered the Christine sandwich with added roast beef, and the combination of sprouts and cream cheese was fantastic. I will definitely be returning; everything was fantastic!

The staff was very friendly, and I can easily see myself becoming a regular at this place. The ambiance both indoors and on the back patio is absolutely beautiful, perfect for anyone looking to take some photos. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I definitely plan to return.
