My favorite was the Spritz Hugo, which I ended up coming back for time and time again during my month in Modena this year. There are many drink options and they serve their cocktails on ice (which is pretty uncommon, but very nice during the heat of June)!

Cocktails done well both times, the waiter provided excellent service, but the second time they completely missed our snack order, making us wait over half an hour (half-empty place) for nuggets and very normal baked chips. The cashier went to put the snacks in preparation when I showed up at the register to pay and leave and said and what should I do with the order? and then go to the kitchen to prepare. Obviously it seemed useless to me to discuss it, but compared to the politeness observed the previous time I expected a little more and above all it is not polite to make fun of someone who has patiently and politely waited only to then discover that the cashier of the day (not the one with the pigtail or the blond one) is a person who is only interested in cashing in but not providing a constant and adequate service. However with €27 for the cocktails we got they weren 't bad, but the €10 in snacks are excessive and not up to par. Not recommended
