Got in a little late, around 11pm after driving all day. We were STARVED. Wendy's was one of the only available options at this time so we figured it'd be a good quick option, they're listed to close at 1am so we thought it wouldn't be too big of a deal. We get to the drive through and we're told due to an issue they can only take mobile orders. Weird, but okay that's fine. We park and do a mobile order. We drive back around to the drive through and now we're told they can't do mobile orders either, they can't do anything. I canceled my order and better not be charged for anything. We were livid.
I will not take another order for this location. Every single time I 've gone they have an issue that causes there to be an over 30 minute wait in drive thru. No other option cause dinning room is closed. Literally will not even address you on the speaker until all the cars just pull away....
Stopped in to try the strawberry frosty. The cashier got us in and out with no problems. The frosty was delicious but I prefer the chocolate over the strawberry and vanilla.
I won’t be ordering from this location again. Every time I visit, there’s a problem that results in a drive-thru wait of over 30 minutes. With the dining room closed, there’s no other option. They don’t even respond on the speaker until all the cars have driven away.
I was in the drive-thru with another car ahead of me. After waiting in line for over 35 minutes, the cashier at the window said they were backed up. However, there were only two cars in the entire drive-thru. It was a very disappointing experience.
