The expiration date on... read more On a weeknight, I usually grab a Wendy's salad for dinner. However, for the third consecutive week, I was served expired salad dressing. The expiration date on the parmesan crisps was April 2022 the first week, again April 2022 the second week, and last night it was July 2022. I politely returned the items to the Wendy's employee and explained the issue. Each time, they responded with a shrug and didn’t offer any apology. This level of service is unacceptable, not to mention the extremely long wait times I’ve experienced each week. While I’m still considering going back, I’m also on the lookout for an alternative. Next time, I’ll take photos of the expiration dates and share them here.

Wendy's was one of the only available options at this time so we figured it'd be a good quick option, they're listed to close at 1am so we thought it wouldn't be too big of a deal. We get to the drive through and we're told due to an issue they can only take mobile orders. Weird, but okay that's fine. We park and do a mobile order. We drive back around to the drive through and now we're told they can't do mobile orders either, they can't do anything. I canceled my order and better not be charged for anything. We were livid.

The cashier stated after coming to the window stating they was back up. But how it was only 2 car's in the whole drive thru. Very bad experience.

With the dining room c... read more I won’t be ordering from this location again. Every time I visit, there’s a problem that results in a drive-thru wait of over 30 minutes. With the dining room closed, there’s no other option. They don’t even respond on the speaker until all the cars have driven away.

However, th... read more I was in the drive-thru with another car ahead of me. After waiting in line for over 35 minutes, the cashier at the window said they were backed up. However, there were only two cars in the entire drive-thru. It was a very disappointing experience.
