Vegan Time - Mobile

Found this place after trying a few other places around Mobile. This is a go to place had the Burger and Butternut squash fries, and they were amazing. If your vegan, vegetarian, meat eater this is a must try.

GF nachos are delish! Wish maybe a few more but did not ask either.

This truck has AMAZING food! Everything from the service to the food is out of this world fantastic! I am so happy to find vegan food on the Alabama coast. Coming from somewhere with lots of vegan options I never imagined finding such a gem in the South. I’ve been driving from California across 7 different states trying vegan all over and this, by far, is my favourite spot. We ordered the nachos, boneless wings with hot sauce, and Cajun butternut squash fries. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious and flavourful. The best part is, it tasted indulgent and rich but made us feel amazing afterwards. Healthy, unprocessed and everything is made from scratch. The owner even came to check up on us to make sure everything was good; such a nice guy! We can’t wait to come back!

Mr. Eddie is the owner of Vegan Time, and when I first placed my order, he told me his story of how the vegan alkaline diet increased his health vitality and I was so inspired. The food here is 100% vegan and alkaline and I feel SO GOOD after eating lunch here. There is a customer loyalty card and I go once a week to get my stamp, and after 5 stamps, I get a delicious butternut squash pie but if I save up to 10 stamps, I get a free meal! My favorite dish here is the grilled veggie sausage wrap with a side of salsa. Normally, I'm not a fan of desserts, but the butternut squash pie (comes with a combo meal, along with a beverage) is a homerun.. creamy, delectable, and subtly sweet. I also love the pizza. It's the right portion, light but filling, and superbly energizing. Fast food and processed foods make me feel sluggish as I wrap up the work day, but a lunch from Vegan Time gives me energy and boosts my mood. And everything is made from scratch from fresh fruits and vegetables. Come see Mr. Eddie and chat him up or call for a pickup order during your lunch break. I am so happy I found this place, we need more of them in our great city of Mobile, AL. Plant-based cuisine is the future for our planet and our earth, and Vegan Time Food Truck is at the frontline.
