On a pos... read more The meat is usually fine, but tonight it seemed like they didn’t prepare enough. My tacos tasted either raw or below the proper temperature guidelines. On a positive note, the customer service was decent, though the staff seemed a bit curt at the drive-thru. But honestly, who isn’t a little cranky at dinnertime, especially when hungry? As for parking, it definitely needs some improvement.

They open an hour later than advertised, and become rude when customers call to check if they're open. I heard they set up a truck and that they'd start serving when they were ready, but I ended up waiting outside for 22 minutes and was told it would be at least another 30 minutes before they even started my order. They then suggested I call the 1-800-TACO number for a refund. This will be my last visit here; I’ll be driving a few miles in the opposite direction next time for better service and staff who show up on time.

I didn't make it too hard, but I wasn't happy either. then they made my order wrong. I asked for no salate and tomato from a ground, especially no tomato. I was with both. now I am running aquafina water that I do not drink and tomato that I do not eat.
