The employee who helped me on my visit was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. She also made an excellent sandwich. I've purchased subs in Greenville, Atmore, and Huntsville since I first tried one in Mobile-Pritchard. The sandwich in Greenville was tasty, and the staff was welcoming. However, the bread in Atmore was undercooked, although the employee was very nice. The service at the Huntsville location near the university and the Rime Village apartments was disappointing, but thankfully, the sandwich was only $2.99. Kudos to the employees on Wilson Avenue for their excellent service! It seems that the Huntsville subway is a franchise, and the lack of basic courtesy was noticeable.

She remained calm and didn’t make a fuss about the confusion. Instead, she completed my order efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor and a smile. I truly appreciate having a coworker like that!
