Even though the restaurant's appearance may only be a 3, I gave my review a 5 because of the excellent customer service. I ordered a meatball sub and the woman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and made sure I was happy as a customer. I will definitely return to this place, despite it not being the most upscale establishment I've been to. This experience proves the power of friendly customer service.
The brot the sub was hard. it was stabbed before it was roasted and when it was cooled, cured to eat very hard.
Although this look of the load is a 3, I rated my rating at 5 because of the customer service. I ordered a meatball sub. the girl that helped me was very kind and did not hesitate to insure my luck as a customer. I will visit this place again, even if it is not the most beautiful or I have ever been. it is about showing them what kind customer service will do.
Awful customer service. Slower than the day is long. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever came back to check on me. Ridiculous!
