I gave this restaurant 4 stars mainly because of the young man who served me. He was new to Subway and the workforce in general, but he made my experience a positive one. However, the franchisee should work on their organization before leaving team members alone. The lack of preparation caused my girlfriend to be disappointed with her food, as some ingredients were missing. Despite that, the sandwich was well made and tasty. As someone who cooks professionally, I know the missing ingredients are easy to find. Overall, not a bad experience. A note to the franchisee: you should thank that young man for earning you an extra two stars.
The only downside to this restaurant is its proximity to a gas station. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I have never had any problems with their service. The restaurant can get quite busy at times.
Customer service was good. Polite quick. Could calm down the mustard. Srirachi sauce needed change the veggies over some were not looking good. Remarks were study with customers no time as one employee comes from back from she says washing dishes. Shoulda been pulling what's needed for the line. Some customers like to see that lets us know we getting fresh food.
