My rating of 4 stars was only given because of the young man who served me. I do not recall his name, I believe he was relatively new to subway and the workforce in general. I commend his effort to make my experience with Subway a positive one. However the franchisee should focus on their mise en place before leaving any team members by them selves. The fuelstation is the underpass to this place. the staff was good and had never problems. sometimes very busy

This place is the worst. they are not open 24 hours, they told me they were closed for cleaning and come back at 6 o'clock.
Customer service was good. Polite quick. Could calm down the mustard. Srirachi sauce needed change the veggies over some were not looking good. Remarks were study with customers no time as one employee comes from back from she says washing dishes. Shoulda been pulling what's needed for the line. Some customers like to see that lets us know we getting fresh food.
I understand short staffed but really two high school students waiting on their relief decided it was more important to clock out after we already waited 10 mins til 10pm to get served and now the relief shows up from the back and gives us another 15 minute wait time. Wow.....smh
