He was new to Subway and the workforce in general, but he made my experience a positive one. However, the franchisee should work on their organization before leaving team members alone. The lack of preparation caused my girlfriend to be disappointed with her food, as some ingredients were missing. Despite that, the sandwich was well made and tasty. As someone who cooks professionally, I know the missing ingredients are easy to find. Overall, not a bad experience. A note to the franchisee: you should thank that young man for earning you an extra two stars.
