Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I would give them a perfect rating for my sandwiches, although I dislike their sound effect. Generally, the place is kept clean. There have been a few occasions when they haven't had time to clean the tables between customers, but I've noticed they're more than willing to assist if you ask.
