I usually love icing, b... read more I ordered a specialty cake for my daughter-in-law's baby shower, and while it was visually stunning, the taste was overwhelmingly sweet. I usually love icing, but this was just too much for me to enjoy. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the entire bottom tier because nobody wanted it. I spent over $170 on this cake, and when I reached out to Sally’s to express my concerns, I didn’t receive any response. A simple apology or a refund would have been appreciated. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this bakery.

I've been purchasing pull-apart cupcake cakes from Sally's every year for the past 8 years, and I have no plans to take my business anywhere else. For the last 3 years, I've started buying two cakes each year. I will definitely continue to come back!
