The food had a terrible smell when it arrived, reminiscent of spoiled meat. Unfortunately, everything went straight into the trash—burgers, loaded tater tots, chili pups, and fries. The only thing we managed to eat were the fries. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the Krystals, Chili Cheese Fries, regular Fries, Chili, and Tots.
Pulled up, waited 7 minutes to get to the speaker. Only one car ahead. After sitting at the speaker for 5 min and listening to background chatter from inside via the employees headset, I asked Hello, I 'm sorry, were you talking to me? I was told, I wasn 't talking to you. Then, another 6 minutes passes, I say, Hello, are y 'all ready for me? . Told, Please, look over the menu and I 'll be back . I said, I 've been here over 10 minutes, I already know . No response from inside. 5 cars behind me at that point. Waited another 5 minutes at that point. The car interior of me has been gone a few minutes. I would have never been addressed with out initiating conversation. The was only 1 car in front of me when I pulled up. I should have left after I was told to look over them menu. This is the second time this year I 've sat there over 10 minutes with no response. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but no excuse for absent customer response time. I will most likely not be back at this point. Whomever owns this store and corporate need to conduct an internal investigation. I 'd strongly advise this franchise owner restaff and reevaluate to protect their investment.
