Kitchen on George is a culinary gem in Mobile's vibrant dining scene. Celebrating our 6th anniversary, we have been rated the top restaurant in Mobile on Trip Advisor for 4 consecutive years. As a teaching kitchen, we provide hands-on learning experiences for culinary students from Virginia College's Culinard program, all overseen by our talented Executive Chef Bryan Cates. Our lunch, dinner, and brunch menus change seasonally to showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on Gulf seafood and regional cuisine. Nestled in the Oakleigh Garden Historic District, we are conveniently located near downtown businesses, attractions, and hotels.

Great ambiance local ingredients from local farms service was superb.
The Restaurant was closed, has been closed for weeks and your web site is still booking reservations, will never use Open Table again. Poor, poor service, users beware!

Such a pleasant brunch. Server was attentative but not overbearing. This a very pleasant where you can a pleasant conversation and truly enjoy your meal!
The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and uses locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms. The service was outstanding.
