My husband was told it would take longer to prepare, but... read more Despite checking twice, our food still wasn’t ready, and we ended up waiting 50 minutes for our order. My husband was told it would take longer to prepare, but I couldn’t figure out why. The upgraded fries only had a few pieces of chicken, chili, cheese sauce, bacon, and parsley—nothing that should take that long. There were only two staff working in a very small area, handling walk-up, drive-thru, and delivery orders from GrubHub and UberEats. On the bright side, the freaky fries were tasty, but the Philly was just average and could have used more flavor. Overall, I think this was probably a one-time visit mostly because of the long wait.
