Today pickup take out and no... read more Always been a favorite since they opened. Changed this week. Sunday was ordering take out at 4:40 and was told well we close at 5 . Today pickup take out and no fries with my hamburger go back up there and after debate as whether it came with fries. they put a few in a bag and add back to the bag with the cold burger.

Usually I call before I pick up my to go order, 3 piece dark and 2 sides. When I called today around 4.10pm I was told that the chicken just came out of the oven. When I picked up my meal, I asked for no bread, sub dc sauce for my onion rings, which is my usual order. I was told that there is a 50 cent up charge! I have never paid extra!! I don’t care for the 50 cents, it’s the policy that matters. I explained the lady that I have never been charged, I was told that the owner wants to charge. Anyway, I got bk to work and found out that the three pieces consisted of a burnt small thigh, small wings and burnt leg that was dry. I had the worst meal ever. This is the last time that I bought a meal from DCs. You have lost my business, not to mention most of colleagues from work as well. You are in hospitality business, learn how to talk to customers.
