Well, the food could be kept hotter in my opinion and the desserts could be better than little Debbie cakes cut into squares.

For example, the hot and sour soup is a different recipe from the other buffets and has a richer and spicier taste. You won't go wrong here.

The restaurant could really use a face lift but they keep it pretty clean. I just can't say enough about the food. It is so good!! The wait staff is really nice also.

(I don't anymore due to just wanting a change of pace) The servers here were all very nice and absolutely loved seeing us weekly. The food is very nice and the sushi is pretty tasty for being buffet sushi. My only complaint would be on some days we would come in the food wouldn't be hot but it was still edible. I would recommend this place, especially during peak hours so you can make sure the food is nice and hot!

When it comes to the service, atmosphere, and overall quality of the food, Moe's original is always my go to. I do think Moe's has the best wings in Tuscaloosa when is comes to size and taste. Switching back and forth between the pulled pork platter and the wing platter
