I had to wait over... read more How can you mess up a mobile order? I can understand if there’s a misunderstanding in the drive-thru, but the order was printed out for you. I had to wait over 15 minutes at the window, only to be told to go inside. I admit it’s partly my fault for not checking my order, but I figured if I entered the information, they would be able to read it correctly. Again, that’s on me. The food was hastily packed, and the wrappers were so greasy—especially for burgers, which I’ve never experienced before. The service here is also incredibly slow.

The fries, however, are not great, but that's just my personal bias—I dislike all French fries since I worked in fast food during one of my first jobs.

We arrived at 2:30 for lunch and placed our order, but ended up waiting 22 minutes for our food. The most frustrating part? We were the only customers there. It wasn't a staffing issue either. I can appreciate waiting for a freshly made chicken sandwich, but I definitely didn’t expect to wait long enough that it felt like they had to catch the chicken first. Honestly, just keep driving past this place.
