I really enjoyed Arby's because they truly offer a variety of meats that are satisfying and fulfilling.
We usually love stopping by for sandwiches, but this time was quite disappointing. My partner ordered a brisket sandwich and said it wasn't as good as usual. I decided to try the "bark," which the person taking our order described as similar to a Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, my sandwich was terrible. The meat was mushy, and it looked like it had been sitting out for too long. There were only three small dabs of paprika, and the cheese (which I think was cheddar) was so overpowering that it completely overwhelmed all the other flavors. To top it off, the bread was soggy. I was really disappointed; it could have been a great sandwich if it had been made right and with the right cheese.
During my last visit, the food was barely warm and definitely not fresh. Usually, the experience is good, with hot, fresh meals served quickly. I hope I don't have to encounter this issue again on my next visit.
They had us pull up and wait on jalapeno bites. 15 minutes later I go inside, they had to re drop them. Not sure why, but I asked them to remake the max roast beef due to it being made and sitting all that time. The guy in the back threw the sandwich into the pickup window. When I got home,it was regular roast beef with cheese, it should've been plain.I called to let them know It was wrong, the manager was there and assisted with the order, and I told him I'd be up there with the sandwich, let him know I wasn't happy about the wait, and cold sandwich and had cheese and wrong size sandwich. He was unapologetic, and invited me to bring it back. I assure the gas to take it back is more expensive.The bank will be contacted Monday, and the payment will be disputed.And then will contact the Food Safety Health Services .So tired of ppl taking our money and giving the customer whatever they want to.
