I had a pleasant experience with the elderly cashier, who was very nice. I was hoping to take advantage of the deals available from 2 to 5, but I was informed that they ended right at 5:01 or 5:02. On the bright side, my food arrived quickly, in just five minutes. I requested meals for two people but only received one. When I rang the bell at the end, I was thanked for doing so.
I ordered the roast beef gyros, and they were outstanding! The service was quick and efficient. However, I have a follow-up from my visit on January 9, 2021: the staff needs to improve their understanding of orders. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they confused my order for one gyro with two. That shouldn’t happen.
The 2 for $6 deal is always a great value. We ordered the fish and skipped the tartar sauce, opting for mayo instead. The sauce was slightly off and a bit too sweet for our taste, but the fish itself is delicious when served hot.
I go 4miles out of the way to use this location because the food is always fresh, and they keep this inside of the store pretty clean. Outside not so much, but it's Tillmans corner, ya know.
