The service from the staff can be inconsistent, but the food was comparable to what I've experienced elsewhere.
The staff is quite rude and has a tendency to pull people out of the drive-thru line, even when there’s no one behind them. It's very unprofessional. This is the only Arby's in the city that does this.
The experience was disappointing. The staff was unresponsive and the service was lacking. The communication wasn't clear, and it would have been better if they used more standard English instead of slang.
This is such a good fast food restaurant to get a tasty roasted beef sandwich. The meat, cheese and buns are good. The curly fries are good to have with sandwich. They have good burgers and sliders and chicken sandwiches also. They have regular soft drinks and good lemonades. They have good shakes if you want a sweet treat. It feels clean and nice for take out, drive through and dine in. Staff is nice and efficient here.
