Everything was wonderful, the restaurant, beautiful, above the sea, with views of the port, with large windows that you can open to eat outdoors, spacious and very beautifully decorated. The girls who served us were wonderful, always with a smile and also gave us very good advice on what to order. As for the food, everything was great, the octopus and tetilla croquettes with a soft bechamel and very delicious, the sea bass (baked and in a clay pot) exquisite, and the panadera potatoes with onion that seemed caramelized, the perfect complement. As for the desserts, the coffee flan and the rice pudding cream combined with toffee were exquisite, also very delicious. The price is perfectly in line with what we asked for. In short, highly recommended for everything, facilities, views, staff and food. July 2023, new visit to try their rice dishes and again, good experience. The one with fritters and prawns is very tasty, and the one with monkfish and prawns is also very delicious. The croquettes, the ham ones are much better than the seafood ones, and the torrija, oh the torrija, warm and with that ice cream... simply delicious. We missed the waitress who served us last year and recommended the wine (this year we didn't get much right with the wine) but we were still well served. I suppose there must have been a change in management. The views are unbeatable and the restaurant still has the same charm. Obviously, we will return. Called a few years ago .. couldn’t understand the menu as we didn’t have translate organised .. all I can say is the food was so fabulous we are going to call in on our way to Portugal in December.. just hope the restaurant will be open still Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50
We ate on a Sunday with prior reservation. We ordered various croquettes, octopus, prawn salad, avocado and mango, volandeiras and a prawn dish that was not on the menu. It was all very good. Yes, it is true that we had to wait a little, but okay. They have gluten-free bread which is appreciated, and if I remember a dessert correctly, it's a shame they don't have more options on the menu. We liked it and we recommend it. Prices are standard. Attached is a ticket for 4 people. We were in August...we fell in love with the place. We still can't believe how much we feel the fire. All our love in these difficult times. A hug
