Marusia - Moaña

Really sad. This is still my favourite bar in Europe, location-wise. On my last visit in September, I thought it might be losing a bit of its lustre but gave it the benefit of the doubt. I am really sorry to say this has gone downhill very rapidly. This time I went in to use the loo before our drinks arrived and immediately cancelled my mental order of mussels, chipirones and the like. The interior/bar area was not just unacceptably untidy but really dirty with old stained cloths hanging around, dirty floor, unwashed glasses just sitting there, the list goes on. The current owners/tenants have a potential gold mine there and they are ignoring it. When the wine did eventually come it wasn’t even chilled. A white Ribeiro certainly should be. Very disappointed indeed. I shall not go back unless I hear it has changed a great deal. Go for a drink and see but eat there at your own risk.

Sinceramente no entiendo las críticas del restaurante Marusia. Llevamos más de diez años viniendo a este sitio y para nosotros es una referencia de la comida gallega. Esta en un sitio único, escondido en el puerto de Moaña y la terraza esta literalmente encima del mar. Acabamos de comer un guisado de Merluza exquisita, un arroz con chipirones de la ria, almejas etc que fue DELICIOSO, pescado frito maravilloso etc etc. Estamos todos sorprendidos con los comentarios que aparecen aquí porque parece que están hablando de otro sitio. Y precio muy razonable!! Honestly I don't understand the comments that appear here for the Marusia. We have been coming here now for the last ten years and for us it has become a point of reference for Galician food. It is in a truly unique location hidden in the port of Moaña and the terrace is literally situated above the ocean. We just finished eating an oven baked hake that was excellent, a black rice with squids from the Ria, that was delicious, and fried fish etc etc. We are amazed that our favorite place in this area has the comments that it has. It seems like they are talking about a different place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You won't be disappointed. Very reasonable prices.

Increíble todo. Cene con otras 7 personas el viernes cinco de agosto. Solo había estado una vez. Contacté con Marco, le expliqué el compromiso, mi presupuesto y me dejé aconsejar en todo. Un acierto. Entrantes increíbles de bivalvos. Arroz de cocochas con gambas y de almejas con langostinos. Mis invitados alucinados con la terraza y la comida. Muchas gracias Marco, hasta la próxima.

Pésima calidad, nefasta atención por parte del dueño, y mucho cuidado por que la limpieza no existe en este local, menu 12 eur empanadillas que debieron freir hace 3 meses indico que están frias y me dicen que allí se toman así, chuleta de cerdo cruda se lo digo al dueño y me dice que las patatas están calientes y le pone la mano encima de las patatas, le indico que no me queje de las patatas y protesta por tener que poner en la plancha nuevamente la chuleta, ojo si entras en el local mete miedo pero si vas al baño no vuelves a esto que denominan restaurante,

Comida deliciosa, raciones abundantes y vistas espectaculares.
